Professional Coaching Team

To help enhance students' learning outcomes, each student is assigned a bilingual Learning Coach who helps address academic or technical challenges, facilitates communication between students and teachers, and serves as an important link between home and school by reporting students' academic progress in a timely manner using their bilingual advantage.

Review:Checking students' academic progress on a weekly basis.

Monitoring:Collecting questions and concerns from parents and students, providing timely feedback to the teaching staff to monitor students' progress and academic performance.

Reporting:Holding virtual meetings with students every two weeks and writing a report every two weeks, which covers the student's academic progress, social-emotional skills, and personal development goals.

Sharing:Sharing reports with parents every two weeks and having phone calls with parents to discuss the student's progress.

A team of professional bilingual (Chinese and English) learning coaches with prestigious educational backgrounds and rich experience will provide high-quality academic support and family education services for international students and parents.

Young mentor in the United States, a master’s degree from Harvard University School of Education ; a…… bachelor’s degree from Boston College with a double degree in computer science and educational psychology. Graduated from Harvard University Graduate School of Education with a master’s degree in technology innovation education. During her time at Harvard, she was very interested in constructivist teaching philosophy and did many projects related to mathematics, virtual reality and augmented reality. She then co-founded Chitchat VR with her colleagues at the Harvard Innovation Lab. At the same time, she stayed at Harvard University as a researcher to design courses.

Don’t worry about network issues! Our bilingual learning coaches and technical team are here to provide solutions and keep you covered. 。
Before class:assist students in logging in smoothly; if a student encounters network issues and is unable to log in normally for the time being, the bilingual coach will also send class information in real time, and the technical team will find the cause as soon as possible and help the student log in as soon as possible.
During class:technical issues will be solved promptly; the teacher will also check the attendance rate and coordinate with the students, bilingual teachers and technical team to solve the issues in time.
After Class:The bilingual learning coach will send the course’s PPT and exercises to the student, provide a catch-up lesson for the student, and ensure that the student doesn’t fall behind in his or her studies.
